POLE CLASSES
The trick is to enjoy the process
This is all about learning tricks and combos. You will definitely take yourself and your body beyond what you couldn’t imagine were possible. Each week, students will learn new tricks and combos but also get the most fundamental moves mastered. You will be supported by our dedicated and experienced pole instructors. A question is never ignored, but always encouraged as we want to empathise the importance of safety and eagerness to learn correct technique.
-CLASS DESCRIPTION-
BEGINNERS
It’s all about the fundamentals in our Beginners class. You don’t have to have an fitness or pole experience to start here. We will teach you everything you need to know! Some tricks you will learn: Pole climb, pole sit, forward sail, aerial chair, lay out & backward roll.
INTRO-INTERMEDIATE
Some tricks you will learn: Spinning climb, Juliet spin, hello boys, vomitron, crucifix and outside leg hang
INTERMEDIATE 1
Some tricks you will learn: Superman, Ballerina, forearm handstand, Jamilla, cupid, layback and inside leg hang
INTERMEDIATE 2
Some pole tricks you will learn: Invert, aerial Jamilla, baby butterfly, caterpillar climb and shoulder mount preperation.
PRE-ADVANCED 1
Some pole tricks you will learn: Invert, aerial Jamilla, baby butterfly, caterpillar climb and shoulder mount preperation.
PRE-ADVANCED 2
Pole tricks you will learn: Brass monkey, Jade split, open Allegra, flatline, elbow grip pencil spin and aerial shoulder mount.
ADVANCED 1
Pole tricks you will learn: Iguana, bow & arrow, Ayesha, plus sign, closed Allegra and press up handstands.
ADVANCED 2
Pole tricks you will learn: Allegra, knee hold, twizzle, meat hook, Ayesha variations and aerial shoulder mounts.
TRICKS & SPINS
All about putting a combo together involving pole tricks and spinning pole transitions. This class is sure to build your stamina. Must be Inter 2 +
