Get a complete body workout to get you feeling stronger, added with stretching session. This class is highly encouraged and is complimentary to pole classes so that you can gain the most out of each trick.
PRACTICE TIME
Practice makes perfect. We always want students to get the most out of their classes. We offer practice time to students so that they can perfect the tricks and dance that they are taught. A warm up is included at the beginning of every practice time
